Make sure you have read the information below before requesting the commission. CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: ● I have the right to withdraw from any commission and issue a refund; ● in case of customer cancellation during the sketch or mesh planning step, the amount paid minus a $100 fee will be refunded; ● cancellation of the project after the sketch or mesh planning step will not be refunded when only the model or rig commission is contracted. ● in the case of model+rig, the possibility of refund will be discussed between both parties, according to what has been done in the project after sketch/mesh step; ● cancelling is not allowed after the work is completed. DISCLOSURE & CREDITS: ● I reserve the right to publish wips and showcases on my social medias/portfolios, unless the client informs me in advance of the privacy request. In that case, a fee will be charged. ● credit for the model/rig needs to be clear and easily found. An additional privacy fee will be charged If the client prefers not to disclose the credit. WORKFLOW: ● after payment done, I'll request all the infos and references that can help with project development and planning (model or rig). ● I will send updates after completing each step for review and feedback. Each update guarantees the right to adjustments, as long as they do not completely change the progress and planning of the work. In case of drastic changes that affect the workflow, fees may be charged. MODEL UPDATES: sketch planning lineart base colors shading final adjustments RIG UPDATES: mesh hair physics face & head features head XYZ body XYZ, arms & legs clothes physics final adjustments ● I request 1-8 weeks to complete the model, subject to variation based on complexity and amount of work ● after the model/rig is completed and approved by the client, the file will be shared via Google Drive. ● model/rig tweaks are available until 3 weeks after the commission conclusion. __________ ● any unanswered questions, please contact me.
